We’ve arrived at our final issue of the year and the time for us to think of two crucial elements: everything we’ve learned in the year 2019 and how we’re going to overcome new challenges from 2020 onward. For those with a keen eye the lessons learned in this and in previous years will serve as the foundation for smart and efficient planning for all future operations.
